
Whisky EveningsAppealing to whisky novices and connoisseurs alike, the Whisky Tasting and Dinner gives a unique insight into the complex world of Scots whisky. Led by a tutor, you will discover how Scotland's water of life is made, and most importantly, sample a few wee drams!
To appreciate how the tatse of whisky varies by region, your tutor will introduce you to the five stages of Scotch whisky appreciation: colour, body, nose, palate and finish. Hear about the complex art of blending whisky and malt, and learn about the traditions that give each whisky it's individual appeal. The evening is rounded off by a three-course dinner.
